About
I am an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo with a strong interest in machine learning, computational genomics, and pharmaceutical R&D.
My primary focus is on building computational tools that help analyze and interpret genomic data, particularly in applications such as drug discovery, protein/sequence interactions, and gene editing technologies like CRISPR.
I am especially interested in roles that allow me to work at the intersection of software engineering and biological research, and I enjoy learning new tools, frameworks, and mathematical foundations that support this work. I am currently working towards developing readiness for graduate school.
Current Interests
- Machine learning for biological and genomic data
